Accuracy of information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about Canadian tax rules, registered accounts, and government benefits, tax laws change frequently. We cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided.

Always verify important figures (contribution limits, tax brackets, benefit thresholds) with official sources such as the Canada Revenue Agency (canada.ca/cra).

Acceptable use

You agree to use Northplan only for lawful personal finance planning purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer the AI system or prompts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others

Subscription and billing

• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends
• After the trial, the subscription is $9.99 CAD per month, billed monthly
• You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months
• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northplan and its operators shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made in reliance on information provided by this service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
